There are two ways to select a counselor:
1. Direct selection of a therapist through the website
2. Using pre-counseling services to find the most suitable counselor
Pre-counseling is a 45-minute session during which our specialists assess your conditions and needs to recommend the most suitable counselor. To book a pre-counseling session:
1. Select one of the specialists from the pre-counseling section
2. Choose a suitable time
3. Pay the session fee
4. Receive the session link and information via email
– Session costs range from 45 to 70 euros
– Services are currently not covered by insurance
– Payments are processed through the secure Klarna platform
– Payments can be made from anywhere in the world

After successful reservation and payment:
– The session will appear in your personal profile (View your Appointments section)
– You will receive an email containing session information and Google Meet link
– Please check your spam folder as well
– Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session: full refund
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund
