Dr. Mehrnoush Akhlaghi

Dr. Mehrnoush Akhlaghi holds a Ph.D. in General Psychology and a master’s degree in Family Therapy. She began her career in psychology ten years ago, initially working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders at Shahid Beheshti University and then later continued her professional career as a psychoanalyst. Mehrnoush is a member of the Iranian Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. Throughout her professional career, she has maintained a dual focus on clinical work and research.  Dr. Akhlaghi has been following her interest in adult psychoanalysis by studying at the Tehran University Psychoanalysis Center and Manjeh, a private psychoanalysis institute. She has published articles in reputable academic journals and presented papers at the National Congress of Family Trauma at Shahid Beheshti University. In clinical practice, her focus lies in working with individuals dealing with trauma and personality disorders.
