Adult Psychodynamic counselling

All suffering comes from unspoken words.

We all carry hidden stories that, in silence, become deep, unbearable wounds. We need to tell them, listen to them, and be heard.

To me, being a psychotherapist is like being a writer, creating countless stories full of turbulence and change.

Sometimes, we rewrite them. Sometimes, we finish what was left incomplete. We move freely through the storylines, diving deeper each time. We firmly believe every story deserves to be heard.

Healing, without a doubt, is the unraveling of these narrative knots, guided by a brave and passionate hero.

A hero who fights, tends to their wounds, and rescues their story from the pain of being forgotten.  At the end,  they  shape their story exactly in the way they wish.
