Adult Psychodynamic counselling

As an analytic psychotherapist, I believe mental health is deeply connected to each person’s unique story, cultural background, and the challenges of our constantly changing world. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how our personal and collective histories shape the struggles we face. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, understand the root of their difficulties, and find new meaning in their experiences. Through genuine communication and a focus on personal growth, I support my clients in navigating life’s complexities, gaining clarity, and working toward balance and fulfillment.
