I am a behavioral scientist, psychoanalyst and licensed psychotherapist with a focus on group analysis and individual therapy. I am a trained supervisor and have extensive experience in group and organizational development in both the private and public sector. In addition, I have worked for many years as a consultant and therapist.
With many years of experience in occupational health care, I have developed methods around mental illness at individual, group and organizational level.
I am interested in conscious as well as unconscious events in work groups and how analyzes of these events can facilitate the development of a work group. Since 1981, I have worked with people in crisis and development. My work is characterized by a basic psychoanalytic view and based on this I use a system and field theory perspective as a complement to the group dynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives.
