Counseling for Chronic Disease Caregivers

Adult Psychodynamic counselling

I believe that every person carries a unique story—a narrative shaped by their personal history, experiences, and a past that no one else has lived. In the therapy room, my goal is to listen to this story, explore its layers, and discover new meaning within it. Every story, no matter how complex or filled with pain, holds the potential for growth, hope, and moving forward. Together, we reimagine this narrative and craft a new path for living with purpose and authenticity.
