Viewpoint
From my point of view, during the psychotherapy experience, we are dealing with the individual’s narrative of what has happened in the deepest layers of the psyche. This narrative’s details may have been forgotten over time or lack sufficient cohesion. Therefore, in my opinion, psychotherapy, as a form of communication and conversation, helps in constructing memory and narrative—a kind of autobiographical memory. My effort is to accompany individuals in shaping their personal narrative within a secure and professional relationship.
