In my therapeutic approach, I focus on utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in addressing issues centered around anxiety and depression. Therapy sessions are conducted individually, with special emphasis on establishing a therapeutic alliance and creating a compassionate and empathetic environment throughout the process. My primary goal is to accompany clients in identifying and understanding their problems, setting realistic therapeutic goals, and employing techniques tailored to their individual needs. This process helps them develop practical tools to manage anxiety and achieve a sense of fulfillment in a safe space within the therapeutic relationship.Clients also learn to observe their emotions and thoughts without judgment and apply effective coping strategies to address them. I firmly believe that by fostering a suitable therapeutic relationship and implementing evidence-based techniques, it is possible to enhance clients’ quality of life and strengthen their personal capabilities.
