Perhaps many of us come from a culture where sex and discussions about it have mostly been unspoken, passed down from person to person, and each of us has embarked on the journey of couple and communication skills alone.
Sometimes the sky of our mind becomes cloudy and at times stormy, and this may be due to the shadow of depression, physical problems, relational issues, or our incorrect learnings. As a psychiatrist and someone who specializes in psychosexual issues, my goal is to help individuals enjoy their lives, especially their sexual lives, in a safe and scientific environment, with the hope of being a light in this cloudy sky.
