I believe that self-awareness is a unique journey aimed at realizing each individual’s latent potential. Throughout this path, I have always strived to be an empathetic and supportive companion for my clients. Within each of us lies an inner wisdom that longs to be seen, heard, and activated. As an e-reliever counselor, my role is to help restore agency in life and activate this inner wisdom.

Since the early 2000s, I have been offering services to clients with a psychodynamic approach. In recent years, I have expanded my knowledge and expertise by incorporating modern therapeutic approaches in the field of psychological trauma. My goal is to assist individuals and couples on their path to healing and growth.

I deeply believe that in the counseling process, the body and mind cannot be regarded as separate entities. This is especially evident in the context of trauma. My particular interest lies in working with the polyvagal model in trauma therapy, which facilitates a deeper understanding of the interactions between the mind and body.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in women’s mental health and provide specialized counseling and coaching services. My primary focus is on supporting women in the psychological and emotional aspects of menopause. My aim is to deliver comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.
