My name is Fateme Khazaee. I have an academic background in psychology (I have completed my PhD at the University of Tarbiat Modares) with an analytical psychotherapy course; I also took the opportunity to learn Cognitive behavioral therapy. I have completed psychoanalytic training at Ham Ava Institute and still participate in training courses to improve my theoretical and clinical knowledge. I have been greatly influenced by object relations theories and Heinz Kohut.
I am currently working in the field of analytic psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Currently, in addition to psychotherapy, I am translating two books and doing research. My main research area has been, so far, adolescence and childhood.
