I believe that many human struggles and challenges are deeply rooted in the unconscious, interpersonal relationships, and the influences of cultural and historical contexts. For immigrants who face cultural transitions, separation from their homeland, and feelings of disconnection, these challenges often become even more complex. As a psychiatrist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your inner narrative, understand the meaning behind your emotions and experiences, and find ways to adapt to a new environment. Together, we work on restoring balance, finding identity amidst change, and rebuilding hope.
