Adult Psychodynamic Counselling

Hegel believes that everything is historical, and understanding this historicity is a path toward acquiring knowledge. A person’s historicity is a complex network of emotions, thoughts, fantasies, and images- elements that simultaneously serve as tools for engaging with the world around us and as obstacles to that engagement. This intricate labyrinth is often where we find ourselves alone, facing the inner world against the outer one.

As a counselor at E-reliever, my goal is to walk alongside you on this journey into your inner world, to live it with you. Like a light in your hands, I aim to help you discover new paths. The purpose is to build experiential knowledge from the depths of this personal historicity, paving the way to unlock the untapped potentials of this unknown labyrinth.
