By choosing our services, you voluntarily consent to engage in online consultation and acknowledge that you have been informed of the associated benefits and risks.

b. Online consultations may differ from in-person sessions, including potential limitations in non-verbal communication.
2. Confidentiality and Privacy

3. Risks and Benefits

5. Fees and Payment
a. eReliever provides clear information on consultation fees, including cancellation and rescheduling policies.
b. Payments are processed securely online, and customers are debited immediately after booking an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At eReliever, we value the time of both our clients and counselors. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and professionalism.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Advance Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
How to Cancel/Reschedule: Use the “Manage Appointments” feature on our website or contact support at appointment@ereliever.com.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a fee equal to 100% of the session cost.
No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their session without prior notice will be charged the full session cost.
Refunds
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Fees are non-refundable.
Advance Cancellations: Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
Recurring Appointments
Clients are encouraged to adhere to the 24-hour notice policy for recurring appointments to maintain seamless scheduling.
Policy Modifications
eReliever reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and email notifications.
