Dr. Elah Drugar has a doctorate in clinical psychology. Since 2001, she has been studying, teaching, researching, and treating in the field of psychology. She has a history of therapeutic and clinical activities in the counseling centers of Saveh University, Shahid Zamanpour University of Tehran, Mashhad University, Khorasan Razavi Welfare Organization, and Psychotherapy Counseling and Psychotherapy Clinic in these years.
From 1981 to 1989, she became engaged in psychotherapy with a cognitive-behavioral approach. From 2009 until now, Dr. Derogar has been teaching, supervising, and treating in the field of analytical psychotherapy. She has been a member of the Tehran Psychoanalytic Studies Center since its establishment and has participated in supervision training sessions and other programs. Currently, she is a member of the Tehran Psychoanalytic Studies Center and a member of the Educational Council of the Psychoanalytic School of Psychoanalysis. In the clinical field, her interest is individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy and analytical couple therapy.
