Dr. Fateme Shahamat

analytical psychotherapist

Dr. Fateme Shahamat has a Ph.D. in psychology from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. She is an analytical psychotherapist. Dr Shahamat is assistant professor of psychology in non-profit Khayyam University and has been the head of the psychology and counseling department of this university since 2018. She has dozens of scientific research articles and is a co-translator of a book titled “The Amazing Mind of a Child”. Shahamat’s research focus is on the field of somatization, object relations and mentalization. Since 1390, he started psychoanalysis training in Freudian group of Tehran and graduated. She is an adult analytic psychotherapist with bionian approach
