Do not trust Telegram–Instagram rumors, informal advisors, or sources without evidence. Bad immigration information destroys peace of mind faster than the laws themselves.

3. Build a stable daily routine.

When legal status is unstable, structured daily routines become a psychological anchor. This is a repeated finding across crisis mental-health research.

4. Do not isolate yourself.
